Youth ChalleNGe

A preventive at-risk youth program, the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program targets for participation unemployed, drug-free, and law violation-free high-school dropouts, 16 to 18 years of age. The goal is to produce program graduates with the values, skills, education, and self-discipline necessary to succeed as adults.
